Q: I can't blow up my cushion very hard! What's wrong? A: Open the valve and turn the valve slowly to the left side until you feel a point of resistance. At this point blow it up as hard as you like. Close the valve.
Q: How do I start? A: The best strategy: 1. Blow up cushion and seat as hard as possible. 2. Sit on it. Now (still sitting on the cushion) release (slowly) air from the seat until you feel comfortable. 3. Check your legs. If you fell pain on the pressure points release a little air from the cushion until comfortable. 4. Try a few times until you feel comfortable. For me it works best like this: cushion 95% air; seat 50-60 % air;
Q: I sat on the cushion a few hours, but I still feel pain! Why is that?
A: It will take some time until your body gets used to it. Every cushion change is a challenge for your body. The body has to adjust to it. After a couple of days or weeks the body will feel very comfortable and you can sit relaxed and happy on your cushion.
